Our Coverage Areas
We currently serve two main regions in Malaysia. Please check if your location is listed below:
Northern Region (Kedah/Penang)
- Penang / Butterworth
- Bukit Mertajam (BM)
- Lunas / Kulim

Advance Order Requirements
As fresh flowers are highly perishable, all standard orders must be placed and confirmed at least 3 days in advance to allow us to source and prepare the freshest blooms.
- Standard Floral Gifts: Minimum 3 days’ advance notice
- Sympathy & Funeral Flowers: Minimum 1 day’s advance notice
Please double-check your intended delivery date before placing an order to ensure adequate preparation time.
Delivery Time Slots
Our door-to-door delivery operates across two daily windows:
- Slot A: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Slot B: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Due to route optimisations, traffic conditions, and varying daily order volumes, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. Courier drivers will make every effort to deliver within your selected time slot.
Urgent & Last-Minute Orders
If you require immediate or same-day delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp to check availability. Urgent requests are assessed based on current flower stock, studio capacity, and driver scheduling.

To ensure the best selection of flowers and top-tier design quality, early booking is strongly recommended. For weekends, public holidays, and peak occasions, please book well in advance to avoid stock limitations or fully booked delivery slots.
