FAQ

Delivery & Ordering

As fresh flowers are highly perishable, except for Condolences flowers, all standard orders must be placed and confirmed at least 3 days in advance to allow us to source and prepare the freshest blooms. Please double-check your intended delivery date before placing an order to ensure adequate preparation time.

We currently deliver to Penang, Bukit Mertajam, Kulim, and surround areas. For more details, please check our shipping page. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance from our shop.

While we cannot guarantee an exact minute, we do offer “Morning” (10 AM – 12 PM) and “Afternoon” (2 PM – 4 PM) delivery windows. For timed events like funerals or weddings, please contact us directly.

If it’s safe to do so, we will leave the arrangement in a shaded spot and notify the recipient. If weather or security is an issue, we will call the recipient to coordinate a redelivery. Additional charges apply.

Flower Care & Quality

Most bouquets stay vibrant for 5–7 days. To maximize their life, change the water every two days and keep them away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit.

Flowers are a natural product, and seasonal availability varies. While we always aim for a near-identical match, we may occasionally swap a specific stem for one of equal or higher value to ensure your arrangement is as fresh as possible.

Absolutely. If you have a specific vision or a favorite flower in mind, drop us a WhatsApp message.

Cancellations & Returns

Once an order is confirmed and paid for, cancellations are generally not accepted. Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Once preparation or procurement has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.

We want you to love your blooms. If there is an issue with the quality of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us within half an hour with a photo so we can make it right.
